OPplus is a certified vertical solution for the financial management based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (former NAV). The OPplus software includes a set of comfortable modules for finance processes, which is especially designed to offer maximum convenience to its users. In addition to numerous name giving features which simplify any process dealing with open entries OPplus also offers lots of more features to reduce complexity and to enhance usability in the contexts of Payments(out-and inbound), Banking, VAT, Legal Reports or Fixed Assets.

Features

General Information

With the help of one of the OPplus bundles, you are able to import your bankstatement files (e.g. CAMT, MT940, CSV etc.) directly to Business Central/ NAV with an automated application of open entries. For example, import your bank statements via a payment provider without having to store them anywhere on your device.

The payment export module allows you to create payment files according to your needs. Therefore, it doesn’t matter, if you need SEPA direct debits or usual SEPA transactions. Even ISO payment files can be created with OPplus including an advanced setup for special needs. That means: less individual programming, less effort!

OPplus 365 Associations

The module Associations in combination with the OPplus Payment Import and Payment Export modules, organizes your payments with central regulators and clears open entries of associated customer and vendors in a simplified manner.

Combine an unlimited number of customers into a customer association and any number of vendors into a vendor association. With the Extended Application, you can view all open entries of an association and assign payment amounts to the entire association. In addition, you can import advices from your associations just with a few clicks. Saves time and avoids typing errors.

About Interfaces

The licensing of a bundle depends among other things on the required interfaces. OPplus is available as “small bundle” with 1-5 interfaces, as “medium bundle” with 6-20 interfaces and as a “large bundle” with unlimited interfaces. For example, a customer has 15 bank accounts and wants to import the statements of these accounts into his system. For each import of a statement one interface per account is needed. So one interface is created for each account. The customer with 15 accounts needs the “medium bundle” with 6-20 interfaces.
