General Information

With the credit reports module, the individual sub-processes of lending can be automated, from application verification, customer identification, customer evaluation, risk classification through to credit decisions.

You can retrieve business information (B2B and B2C) directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Creditreform for the simple and reliable credit rating of your business partners. The related information can be displayed in any form, used for approval procedures during order entry or for the creation of new debtors. Furthermore, it is possible to monitor existing customers (e.g. A customers) for changes relevant to their creditworthiness.

The module Payment Experiences DRD and Consumer Information is provided free of charge.

Collection procedure

CrefoDynamics Collection procedure enables you to transfer collection cases directly to Creditreform Collection at the push of a button and without media discontinuity using defined dunning levels, as well as to gain access to the current collection files at any time. After the transfer, the solution transparently displays the current debt collection file status so that you can view the status at any time. Incoming payments to the customer are reported directly to Creditreform, so that the previously manual activity is automated by the CrefoDynamics collection solution.

Master Data Management

The CrefoDynamics Master Data Management module supports you in the rapid creation of master data at the push of a button with valid Creditreform information and the avoidance of cardholders and duplicates by permanently monitoring the address database. You receive notifications when business addresses, company status (active/inactive), VAT and commercial register numbers are updated.

In order to use cc|crefodynamics, the following requirements are necessary.
  • Creditreform membership for access to company database
  • Microsoft .NET 4.0 and higher
  • NAV application server for automated updates
  • Each subscription includes a setup fee, for more information see the linked document on the left side of this page​
  • NOTE: Maintenance / Enhancement is mandatory and annual, according to the maintenance period at Microsoft and amounts to 16%.
