COSMO Quality Management Pack

The COSMO Quality Management Pack can cover your complete QM processes and can be integrated seamlessly into leading systems. With the technical basis of the QMP, you can digitize almost all individual processes - even outside of quality management. You will always stay on top of your QM system and regulatory requirements. The QMP covers, among others, the following core processes:

General Information: COSMO Incident Management

To a certain extent, every company operates an incident management system as part of its quality management. Components of this can be found, for example, in complaints processing, change management or a CAPA process. The main focus here is on the central recording, processing and documentation of quality-relevant events, the future avoidance of faults and the continuous improvement of internal service processes.

This is exactly where COSMO Incident Management comes in as a central component of the COSMO Quality Management Consulting pack. The solution is designed in such a way, that it can be operated completely independently and platform-independently, while at the same time being expandable to include additional processes and can be integrated into the existing system landscape if desired. Integration in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams is already included as standard. In addition, other Microsoft Dynamics products as well as systems from other providers can be easily integrated.

Thanks to its low-code/no-code concept, the solution is flexible in terms of processes and configurable in all areas. This means that forms, workflows, views or even reports can be redesigned and extended according to the user's own requirements. For a quick start, COSMO IncidentManagement contains extensive standards such as clear dashboards, online help or reports for the most important key figures.

User

The users stand for named user licenses. A named user is anyone who proactively participates in the processes. Users who only have read access to the system are unlimited free of charge. If a user confirms that he has read something, he is considered an active employee and is therefore a Named User. Named User licenses can be assigned and revoked by the administrator on your side at any time to an employee. Roles and rights can be assigned on a process/application basis. Thus, for example, an employee can have an administrator role for DC and be a "normal" user for IM.

WEBCON Base Module

The WEBCON Basis Module can only be licensed in scales, therefore the number of IM/DC User licenses may vary. It is a mandatory addition to the User licenses for IM and/or DC.

WEBCON Designer Studio

WEBCON Designer Studio is necessary to configure individual customizations on the standard process of IM and/or DC for you. It is a mandatory addition to the User licenses for IM and/or DC.

Cloud

This package is available for private and publich cloud.

Public Cloud

The minimum contract term for rental models is 12 months. Invoicing for licenses in the rental model takes place annually. The license fees are due for 12 months in advance in each case. The date of the first invoice is the start of the term. If the contract is not terminated at least three months before the end of the contract, it is automatically extended by the initially agreed term. Private Cloud
