Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based service focused on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). You control how your company's devices, including cell phones, tablets, and laptops, are used. You can also configure specific policies to control applications. For example, you can prevent emails from being sent to people outside your organization. Intune also allows employees in your organization to use their personal devices for school, college, or work. On personal devices, Intune ensures that your corporate data remains protected because corporate data can be isolated from personal data.
Intune is part of Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility + Security suite (EMS). Intune integrates with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to control who has access to what. It can also integrate with Azure Information Protection to protect data. Intune can be used with the suite of Microsoft 365 products. For example, you can deploy Microsoft Teams, OneNote and other Microsoft 365 apps to devices. With this feature, workers in your organization can be productive on all their devices while your organization's information is protected by the policies you set.
