As a result, you will have developed your own digital "Team Management Board" for your daily business, just like in the "Basic Workshop". Furthermore, we put a special focus on the sustainable integration of the methodology in order to jointly address and tackle obstacles and emerging issues.

In addition, we support you four times, each lasting 2-4 hours, to reflect on what you have learned in the application together and to make a sustainable integration possible.
