After only two online workshop days of 2 x 2 & 4 hours per unit, we have created your individual team board together - already packed with the team goals for the next quarter, the respective tactical sub-targets and the associated tasks for all team members.

In addition, we hold two half-day online workshops of 2-4 hours each at the end of the quarter, to jointly reflect on what has been learned in the application and to make a sustainable integration possible.
