In this two-hour introductory workshop, we will show you how to use MS Teams and MS Planner to set team goals, creating goal-related tasks and stimulate collaboration in the digital team.

In addition, we will introduce you to our methodology of "Digital Team Management" with which we successfully manage our teams both remotely and in regular operation. Here, we integrate elements of agile working from OKR, Scrum and Kanban in a collaborative team board.
